Of course, you can keep your current phone number by completing a transfer form that we will provide. The portability process typically takes between 10 to 30 days, depending on your previous provider.
To see if your network is ready for VoIP and figure out the bandwidth you need, start with a VoIP network assessment. This check looks at things like jitter, packet loss, MOS scores, upload and download speeds, SIP ALG detection, and how many VoIP calls your internet can handle at once.
